PlantSnap - Plant Scanner

Okay, no mismatching nor exaggerating of words, but honestly this has to be the best app I have seen EVER as it concerns plants. It even has a plant library!! Like, that’s a whole lot. The photo search is by far the best I’ve seen. I’ve wanted to know the names and details of some plants/flowers I do see around, but kind of have difficulties with that, but with this, it’s straightforward, to the point, it’s name and description, which is insane!(in a good way). Going to the aspect of journaling? That is a super rare feature I’ve seen on any app, and personally it’s a very innovative and beneficial feature, mostly to/for plant lovers and enthusiasts like myself. Then I won’t fail to commend the community section. A community of like-minded individuals is a whole new beneficial and positive experience on its own. The idea sharing, the genuine bonding, and the relatability is something I know you won’t and can’t find elsewhere. I can go on and on. But in summary, it’s a nice app honestly, personally I am happy I came across this app. It will definitely change and affect my plant enthusiasm and love in a very POSITIVE way.

I used to only dream of having an app like this to identify the foliage in my environment. I like plants and weeds a lot, (The weeds that grow in your garden) I love natural remedies which derives from most plant as a source so having this app to identify the plants I need to make sure they’re that plant comes in clutch 🫡. Also when my mother buys flowers for her home she usually doesn’t remember the names nor the care instructions. Taking a photo can be a bit annoying sometimes if you’re not angling your phone correctly but that’s not a huge disappointment to me. Plantsnap has definitely made my life much easier. Let’s not forget about the fact that we can network with like minded users via the Plantsnap app like a social networking platform. Having the privilege to see other beautiful flowers and plant species from around the world is a great touch. So get in on the action and start snapping today. What I don’t enjoy about the app is that I have to pay to learn more about the specific plant/flower when I can use google lens to take a pic and give me similar & close results at no cost.
