Diana you’re amazing and you should be super proud of this app. I have used it for a few months and am switching to an app that includes diet plans, macro assistance, and things like that. Just because it is hard to have in so many different places. That is something that can set this fitness app apart from others but not everyone is looking for the whole package. I think this app is perfect for any one looking solely for workout plans and guidance! I personally like to workout 6 times a week, so one suggestion I have is adding some variety to the “single workout” section. They’re pretty much all abs. A little more variety there would be cool for one off workouts! My favorite feature was tracking my progress (current plan does not offer and I have to hand write it all) and the ability to swap days, swap workouts, etc. once I can cut these 10 stubborn pounds with diet help, I’ll be back!
I’ve been struggling for years to find a sable workout routine that doesn’t over work me or over compensate in specific muscle groups and just feeling all over the place. I’ve only had this app for a month and it’s helped me soooooooo much omg literally love that you can modify what workout fits best for you if one doesn’t that is my favorite part. Also feels like a homie with you the whole time it’s cool. So grateful for this app!! Much appreciated Diana Comforti!! Much love 🤍
I really enjoy the different exercise exercises you can do for each split. A lot of them taught me something new, which I really enjoy. When trialing the “work out like Diana”, I liked the way the workouts were split, as I split mine the same way, but I didn’t like that you had to reschedule every single one if you wanted to do the split in a different structure. For example, I like doing back and bicep on Tuesday and I wanted to fit into my current routine, but I had to continuously change every single exercise every time. The app itself is a little clunky when going into the settings and account and subscription. There’s nowhere to cancel the subscription or view it. It takes you to a dead page. I had to completely delete my account. I think if the app was more user-friendly, I would definitely use it a lot more and it would be worth paying for.
