Why is there a 24 hr limit to add your receipt? Also, I’ve tried to add a receipt while bowling and it says it’s too early. I don’t understand the very small window to scan receipts. Very frustrating!

I got here too pinstack and decided to create an account after seeing that you would get $10 play money if you created an account. Once I created account gave them all my personal information they then said the basic version did not get you the $10 of play and that you had to sign up and give them $20 to get the premium membership that then gave you the $10 credit for the first time you go. I think this is a classic bait and switch and is horrible.

I purchased a rewards membership today and just learned that you have to provide your phone number in order to earn points (not clear why since you have to scan a receipt). Right after I downloaded it, I updated my profile info to add birthdays (by the way, Pinstack, why do you need my birth year in your CRM?) but I skipped the phone number because it wasn’t a required field. Now that I know I need to add it, every time I go in to modify my profile, the app crashes. I’ve restarted the application and my mobile device multiple times, but it still crashes. It’s asinine that I had to pay $20 and the most fundamental piece of the application causes it to crash. Save the time, save your money, and as an added benefit, don’t give this company your personal information.
