Paying customer but It’s broken on iPhone 11 Pro
I’m a paying customer of Pingdom/Solarwinds. Used to be a great service. But now, all “alert tests” say it works well, BUT in reality the push notifications on my iPhone 11 Pro never work! I do get the email notifications BUT push notifications are a MUST. Please fix ASAP!

UI Issues
Leaving all the lags and delays alone, the app UI tends to be optimised for X form factor but it seems like they have not done a good job for it. Toolbar is miss placed and often becomes unresponsive due to the overlaps it has with the home bar/slider. Their website is great and has helped me a lot, I appreciate these guys and the services they provide but I just wish they could pay more attention to the app as well.

Please update this app
Unfortunately it’s so slow. It takes over one minute to open the issues page even if there are no issues. We only have about 20 checks! Please fix - it would be great if it worked
