PicPlayPost: Video Editor

I really appreciate the creators of this app. They made it perfect. I wanted to make a slideshow for my Mom’s memorial, but only had experience with PowerPoint. After having unsatisfactory results with that old clunky Windows’ product, I found this app after a short search in the app store. PicPlayPost made it easy to arrange all my gathered digital photos, and create a lovely tribute to my Mom. Right on my phone. Complete with music in the background. And professional looking transitions from one photo to the next. Plus every photo slowly pans in and then the next photo slowly pans out, almost like they’re breathing. It is a beautiful effect. Another app that I used, was called Photomyne, which I used to scan in my old physical photos into the slideshow. Both apps worked together seamlessly if you have a storage library accessible to both apps, like OneDrive. All in all it was a pleasant experience creating something so beautiful and fulfilling. Thank you for making such a great app.

I heard about this through Tumblr and wanted to try it to make gif collages. To make the collage it was pretty easy and quite simple. But and there’s always a but with apps like this one when I tried to upload my finished work I had the choice to keep the watermark(not good),watch an ad(better) or apply for a “free” trial to another app for 14 days(horrible). There is no way that anyone who’s not gullible would pay $6.99 a month or $99 for an app whose main purpose is to remove watermarks when there are better programs like photoshop that do the same job plus provide more(beautiful graphics)services and is cheaper. I didn’t have a problem watching a couple of adds to remove the watermark for the first use and would rather have this option instead of just a one time choice. I understand you need to get some kind of compensation for this app(Nothing is free nowadays)and running or watching ads could be a better less annoying way to get paid instead of downloading another feature for a hefty monthly or one time fee. I am just going to save up to purchase Photoshop or something similar then paying for another app that only provides one purpose for me and will probably need payment for “updates” down the line. If you change the options to remove the watermark like watching ads or charging a small fee .99 per upload then I’ll change my rating to 5 stars. If not well good luck finding customers that are willing to pay $99 or 84 per year until they need another payment for “updates”.
