Pic Print – Easy Printing

There is no live customer service. I placed an order on April 17. They separated my order into three separate orders. These were pictures of my corgi that recently passed away. The whole process was emotional for me so they separated my 16 x 20 into a separate order my 4 x 6 is into a separate order and my wallet size into a separate order two of the orders went UPS. The other one went FedEx. Does somebody want to tell me how they had no problem and debited my Wells Fargo account but all three orders are missing. I have not received either orthat’s just wrong and the worst part about it is that there is no way to get a customer service. You have to email them which I’ve done twice with all my backup receipts and everything order numbers and still nobody has returned any of my emails so I guess I have to go through the whole process again with another company. I will never use this company ever again and I hope a lot of people don’t from reading my review because they took my money. How does a company lose all three orders orders.

After being at the photo center at the same Walmart where I am ordering on the APP and spending more than an hour and a half attempting to place my order snd having help must if the time, your associate recommended I try it at home! I did and after 3 more failed attempts I gave up! This morning I went to CVS Photoshop, their system was down and she recommended using a “photo app”!!! Tell me please…WHY DIDN’T YOUR ASSOCIATE RECOMMEND THE SAME??!! Only reason I’m using your photo center today is because you are located 1.4 miles from my house!!

Love this app! I have limited app experience and some I’ve tried I end up deleting. But this one was to the point, east to follow directions, and simple. The only thing I wish is when I choose a lay out with so many pics I wish I could down load more pics than what the layout calls for so I can try out different photos to see why works best. At least up to 20 photos. But that’s all I have found. It’s worth a try
