Upload feature is bad. It only allows you to upload nine photos at a time and does not indicate if the photo has already been uploaded or not.

If I could give this app 0 stars then I would. There are a lot of issues. 1) You can only upload 9 pictures at a time 2) Uploading the pictures take *forever*. It’s 2023, there’s no reason it should take 5+ minutes to upload 9 pictures. 3) When you go back to the same album on your phone that you were uploading pictures from it does not show you what pictures you already have selected. So you better remember where you were while you’re bulk uploading on setup. 4) My wife and I use the same login on the app on our separate phones. We’re not “sharing” the frame. My wife’s phone only shows the pictures that she has uploaded and my phone only shows the pictures that I have uploaded. So there’s no way to avoid duplicate uploads. This is such a simple idea and these are basic concepts. If the entire point is to be able to share photos easily with family members then why on earth have they not considered any of these basic functions?

Says get closer to wifi device I'm right beside the router and phone-- Manual hard to read- Simple answers how to questions like How to email photos to device hard to find IF answers even exist. Techie son even had trouble. I have an iPhone-- uploading photos takes several tries. Sadly this was a gift for our 1st grandchild. I've got it working but just barely. Not impressed
