I rarely ever leave reviews, but this experience felt like a complete bait-and-switch. I came across an ad for this app that showed incredibly convincing examples of blurry photos being magically restored with crystal-clear results. I was genuinely impressed and thought, “Finally, an app that can help me bring old memories back to life.” I didn’t even bother with the 7-day trial — that’s how much I trusted what they advertised. I paid for the full yearly subscription right away. Once I downloaded the app, it took less than 10 minutes to realize I’d made a mistake. The feature they showcased—the one that actually enhances and clears up photos—is nowhere to be found. The tools available are extremely basic, and honestly, my phone’s default photo editor offers more useful options. What I received and what was advertised are two completely different things. It feels deceptive and dishonest. I’m now trying to get a refund not just because the product is bad, but because the entire premise they sold me on was false. Don’t fall for it like I did. This app doesn’t enhance your photos—it enhances disappointment.
So I was enticed by this company through an ad that showed a pictures before and after using this apps photo enhancer. I was very impressed by the advertisement that I even paid for the 7 day trial, I was pretty excited to fix some blurry old photos, I tried to look for the enhance photo option, but just to my surprise it doesn’t even exist. This was complete false advertisement to entice new customers, it’s far from doing anything near enhancing. This app has the same functionality as your photos app on iPhone, although iPhone photo edit may have more options.. companies like these posting fake photos of their app should be fined for gaining money from customers that were misled. I will be filing for a refund regardless of how much it is because this company doesn’t deserve your money.
1st I had searched for a photo editor with AI restoration features. This one came up and advertised “Photo Enhancer.” This does not fix low quality photos. 2nd when subscribing I chose what looked like a monthly subscription that I could cancel at any point within the year, but it’s a one year contract. There are no features on this app that I would use.
