Phone Diagnostics

1st off, the 900 number to test phone calling function is not working so your phone will fail this test. I’m not sure what’s going on here, but I suspect it is hard programmed to call a number no longer in service. 2nd. The app tests and fails features that are not present. I have an iPhone 8+ and it has no headphone port. The app attempts to test for plugged in headphones (which is impossible) and it then fails the headphone test and adjust volume test. It then recommends (incorrectly) that you find a repair shop to have your phone fixed. Two things: 1) it should detect which phone is being tested and modify the test suite to match the features of the detected phone. 2) it should test the bluetooth headphone features with the new iPhones since they do not have a headphone port. If it were not for this (and ither) fatal flaws, I would give this product 5 stars. Additionally, the developer website is basically useless. It has no way to request features or report bugs and does not detect the language setting of your phone so you are left trying to decipher what I assume is Vietnamese to try and find the english setting... clue, it is under the 3 bar menu in the upper right - but even then it provides no further help. Non-existent user support.

After getting my screen fixed my flash didn’t work. Because of this, I couldn’t scan items for a job I have with my phone. After downloading your app you made my flash activate immediately post the screen being fixed. Thanks for locking it into gear through your full phone system test! Hope it stays fixed and I don’t run into more black screen camera problems or flash problems while working my app job. Cheers!

this app is useful, it helps me test sensors around the phone to make sure things are working properly, especially after a screen replacement! the only reason for this not being 5 stars is that the ads are a bit intrusive while you are actively testing the phone out, if there was an in app purchase to remove ads, i’d buy it since i find this app useful.
