If I could I’d give it a zero! Doesn’t work well with Apple, I keep getting error messages, sometimes it won’t even allow me to login, says somethings wrong on our end so please keep trying. It’s ridiculous that you have to spend 10 minutes just to login. And like I said if you are using an Apple product there are functions that don’t even work. I used to get notice that a bill was due, that no longer happens, I have to count on getting a bill from the company and hope I don’t delete it in error and forget to pay a bill. If it doesn’t get straightened out soon, I’ll switch banks and I’ve been a customer for almost 20 years. There wasn’t a thing wrong with the way it was, I never had one problem, now it’s just a nightmare.

Maybe because I am older but I have been having trouble with this new program and I guess I am not getting reminders that I set up earlier for some bills. Hope my memory stays good enough to keep up. We have several rental properties in Missouri and Wisconsin along with our home bills. It was a breeze before.

The new PBTC app is fast - with biometrics enabled, logging in is as simple as opening the app! And it’s more secure, with support for your choice of Two-Factor Authentication! That’s really cool. It gives me access to things that either weren’t there before, or that I didn’t see because they were hidden. Within minutes I was able to customize the dashboard and separate accounts to see just what I want to see! It was confusing that its a completely new app, but with all of the changes, I think it’s justified. Great job!
