Charged after cancelling free trial
I signed up for the free trial and canceled it before the trial was supposed to renew, but I was still charged $7.99 plus tax. My Apple receipt shows the charge on September 3 even though the subscription did not expire until September 6. I also requested a refund through Apple and was told the purchase was not eligible. I would not have subscribed had I known I would be charged despite canceling the trial. Very frustrating experience.

Works Great
After trying three other apps before this one, to simply split a file so that I could move it in a smaller denomination of megabytes. Several claimed they could split, compress, and make the file smaller. All of them crashed or were glitchy had bugs. This one worked great I really appreciate it. Thank you.
