Great app. One suggestion I have is when removing duplicates, the app has an option to remove all NEW pictures that are duplicates. It defaults selects all the newest photos loaded into the app. But in order to remove all OLD/EXISTING pictures, you need to manually click through and select them 1 by 1. It would be great to be able to click one button to select all of the existing/old duplicate files to delete. I like to group my photos together in batches so it’d be nice to have the option to delete all old/existing duplicate files instead of defaulting to delete new photos.

I falsely accused these people and I apologize. When the app kept crashing I just assumed it was the app since it was the only one I’d used. Since then I’ve tried 5 other picture hiding apps and they’ve all crashed. It’s obviously something in my phone that is causing this. These people have since contacted me trying to help so they do pay attention. I always had good service up until now but it’s not their fault! I’m a pro user on this app and I’ve used it for years but it has developed a problem that they don’t seem to want to handle. Every time I’m using it, about half way through looking at the pictures the app just crashes and brings any kind of audio with it. I’ve tested the app with no audio involved and it still does it so I know it’s not the other apps. I emailed the developers and all I got was an automated response. No help at all. Don’t waste your money on this.

I have paid for this app for 5 years now and I went on yesterday to get files I had stored on there and the files are gone. I contacted customer support and they basically told me if there are no files in the app that they are gone. So this company deleted my very important documents that I needed for something important. I am now deleting my membership and advise you all not to purchase this. 5 years of paying for the security of my files to loose them all. Might not seem like much but paying $60 to trust a company with my files for them to then lose them. Had I of known they would just lose them I would have just put them under my hide folder on my iPhone. Do not purchase this app in hopes it will store your secret things. Update in response to your response. I have never uninstalled, deleted, or hidden files on this app. I just save files on the app expecting them to stay hidden until I want to retrieve them. Your app did in fact lose my files as I have been back and forth in emails trying to get clarification which no one can seem to give me. Stop telling lies to people and take responsibility for the failure of your app.
