Paymit Limited

Unlike the previous review, I’ve just sent a large amount of money on this app, I received a text informing me that there was an issue with details and received a notification on the app that the payment was declined. I’ve not heard anything since, no response to repeated called and email, even though they are listed as available 24hrs. I don’t know where the money is, if it’s being returned or it’s being stored elsewhere. Regardless if this turns out to be legit, THIS is very concerning to me, the lack of response , has several alarm bells ringing, I would don’t recommend this app

I used the app for the first time today to send money to Ghana. As it was my first transaction it took about 40 mins for my transfer to go through. My recipient was able to receive the funds. I also contacted customer service and they were reachable and provided a good service. The rate was also very good. I will definitely use the app again to send money again.

The transfer is very fast, I used my bank and it took less than a minute for the funds to be received in Ghana.
