Pathao

Please fix your map. It doesn’t properly show when the car is coming. Maybe once in a while it could be a glitch, but it shouldn’t happen repeatedly. I even tried with 2–3 different phones, and the same issue occurred. The map really needs improvement—it looks very bad. Otherwise, everything else is fine, but please make the map more accurate. When I call, it takes around 5 minutes before the car’s movement shows slightly. On the other hand, the driver says “Ma’am/Sir, I’m already on the way.” That feels confusing. If the car is nearby, we want to prepare accordingly so that neither I have to wait too long nor the driver. But the map shows incorrect information, which causes problems. Sometimes the car doesn’t even move along the road on the map—it looks like it’s just going across the screen instead of following the actual route. I don’t know how that happens, but you surely do. Please fix the map properly.

Dear Pathao team, The “make your offer” or bidding option is impacting the pathao users very badly. The drivers are asking a lot more than a fair amount which pathao has fixed. Sometimes they are asking for 200 taka more than the fixed fare by pathao. Pathao should be platform which can give effortless and smooth service for transportation. But now passengers have to virtually bargain with the drivers by bidding which is killing its initial customer satisfaction. I request pathao to look into it seriously and May be you can increase the overalll rate but stop this bidding option as it is becoming a fish market. Pathao car users are upper-middle and upper class people who doesn’t like this hassle of bidding with the drivers at all. Please think about customer experience if you wish to retain customer satisfaction.

My pathao rating is 4.8 it was 4.83 anyway. I never faced any type of serious problem. Even if I did they took care instantly after my complain. So recently I had an accident and been in bed for 5 months. I manage my small business and delivery gift items. Yesterday one parcel man I don’t know my luck was bad. Firstly he was so demanding, rude, lair and he can’t do anything. First he didn’t go inside gulshan unicorn plaza market, reason was their is no place because the parking is full. Lol they don’t have a parking for cars only bike and 30 bikes can easily park. Then he can’t went inside to take parcel. The shop was in first floor after 8 mins I ask him to give his phone to market guard then they brought the parcel. The fare was supposed to pay by the sender he didn’t took it. Anyway he came near my house. Like literally after two buildings. He started shouting on me that the sender didn’t pay him. I was okay it’s your fault no worries I will pay you. Come on third floor, he said take it from the general store and BKash me the money. I BKash the money and I insisted him what he did was shocking. He took the parcel, I and others no one couldn’t reach him or get on call. It was a wedding gift. Price 4,900 tk. I called help support 3/4 times and talked to them for 10 to 12 mins once’s. It’s been 15 hours I didn’t get any call from office or my refund. Please people support me and help me to receive my money.
