With the wide variety of boiler manufacturers there’s not much this app doesn’t offer, it has manuals which is a great helping hand if your customers have misplaced their manual. It has boiler exploded view for parts so if you’re a little bit unsure you can always check with this view. A cheeky little thing that puts this app way above any other is if you have no signal this app still works providing you’ve downloaded all the updates and information you can use this app even on airplane mode. Weather you use Wolseley or city plumbing or whatever merchant it will allow you to see part numbers for that selected merchant so you don’t have to rely on your merchant you can tell them straight away what you need, or if you don’t want to deal with your merchant you can just use buy trade and buy your needed parts through parts arena app! If you haven’t used it yet! Give it a go I can promise you won’t regret it! Thank you parts arena for helping me out pretty much every day! I won’t go another job without you!

I’ve been a subscriber to parts arena for just over one year, its great to have everything you need on the go all in one great app, no more waiting on hold to manufacturers for part numbers, the app has thousands of parts and diagrams as well as installation instructions, the app also integrates nicely with commusoft for a very slick well organised process. This app saves you time on every job, so the time saved more than pays for the little amount this app cost, the manufacturers instructions are also broken down into categories which means you can find what you are looking for fast, no more flicking though on-line manuals searching for CO2 setting or burning pressures. I would recommend anyone give it a try, with no long contracts to signed why not give it ago.

I have been using gas parts arena for a couple of years now and have found the phone app to be stable and reliable. To have all the information of boiler part numbers that can picked from exploded diagrams is a must have for any breakdown engineer. I especially like the pick list option where I can create a list of parts and email it to my suppliers to order. This has saved me so much time and gives me confidence knowing I’m getting the right parts. Another bonus is having boiler manuals saved on my phone to use as a reference and not needing any internet signal to access them. Great for those off grid boiler rooms. I have noticed a continued improvement of the app and have found the the phone support if required to be very friendly and helpful. All in all a great app and something I would not be without, keeping my business up to date and adding that professional touch. The Boss SJS
