App after update won’t open- instantly crashes

First you can’t make a reservation unless you create an account. Then when you are trying to enter the car info, they don’t offer all the states in the US or any option to enter a state not in their dropdown, so I guess just pick the closest one????? Then, good luck getting the app to ever open again unless you allow the app to track you physically and your data. But you can’t have your discount unless you have the app to drop off and pick up your vehicle. You also have to use valet at Vancouver. Hopefully this will work since the app won’t let my put in my accurate license plate number. This is an awful scammy scummy feeling app that is necessary to receive a discount. So they know you have to download it, but I will be removing it ASAP. AWFUL.
