App itself works really well whenever it does actually work. The ux is smooth and I can usually book a flight and get out without issue. Right now (and for the past day) it keeps logging me out, requiring my Aeroplan account info to log in again. But on that page I just see a continuous spinner so no actual way to get into the app. Perhaps you can add multiple ways to log in?
Something is wrong. This app actually works, it’s convenient and I was able to book my flights. I am thinking it can’t be Air Canada, but some elaborate “man-in-the-middle” scheme to steal my data. It does have some errors and you have to select a meal preference, so the scammers really did a bang up job of making it look like Air Canada.
This app works the way the regular AC app should. Please throw that one away, sack those developers and have the team that did this app re-make the main one.
Welcome to the easiest way to book using a Flight Pass. Please note: You will need to have an active Flight Pass account to use this app. Wondering...
