Tried parking with this app in Reine Sentrum. Parking never registered, I had to reach out to support several times to get a response. Turns out my rental company just charged me instead. A few days later I get a charge from Parkly. Someone else parked with the vehicle and it was charged to my account. Parkly takes no responsibility. Awful customer service and experience. Not sure why something as simple as parking needs to be so difficult.
