Palace Resorts

It had many glitches, but it worked a lot of the times the map helped. The apps not the real problem it is the resort I’m not talking about the people that are working there. I’m talking about the people that are running it, It is a complet lie. I don’t know about other people, but I was sold on a complete lie a room with a view of the beach in the ocean and all these amenities but you get there and if you’re not part of their community and you’re not a diamond member, you can’t even go to one side of the pool that is mostly empty, because on the wrong side of the tracks I guess. It’s a joke is supposed to be exclusive it wasn’t exclusive sure you got room service, but it was cold. Most of the time,the food was good if you’re a wasted drunk. But the desserts were amazing but thy weren’t even made their. Shoot save your money and go get yourself a nice room for a quarter of the price and go out to dinner somewhere in town and have 1000 times better food. There food says authentic food but I have an a Mexican auntie and this was not all that.. I went there for a David & Tim show oh that was wonderful and amazing but the resort lied to us time after time after time they got my room wrong. They had to move us two day into our trip. Do not book a excursion through this place they lie believe me or don’t you’ll find out. If you don’t everything in writing, it will be a lie.

Every app has glitches when it’s new and we have experienced a few. At first, we couldn’t register. But mid-way thru day2 it finally worked. We love the app for making dinner reservations. But we’ve had some glitches where we could not confirm the time the app gives us. Then today, our 8th of 15 days here, I had to dump and reload the app in order to make reservations. We have memberships with Palace, Hard Rock, and Paradise Village, PV. The Palace Resort, specifically Moon Grande, is our favorite. Amazing food, lots to do, excellent service. The beach here at Moon Palace has nice white sand but you wouldn’t want to swim in the heavy seaweed. The resort provides a bus to the other palace resorts on the hotel strip for day trips so we can enjoy the more typical Caribbean beaches. When at these other palace resorts, the all inclusive bracelet allows you to enjoy all the same amenities as if you were booked there. Wonderful vacation!

This was our first stay at Beach Palace, but our sixth stay with Palace Resorts. Each time we stay at a different Palace resort, we find new things to love, but the level of service is always what makes our time at Palace perfect. From check-in to turn-down, each person we interact with is friendly, happy, professional and ready to make sure we have what we need. This trip we met Vincent, Rafael, Indra, Veronica, Alejandra, Carmen and so many others. Such wonderful people! We enjoyed the small boutique atmosphere of the resort, the restaurants, the spa (many times), the pool and beautiful beach with the bluest water. Lots of activities and lots of relaxation. Another perfect vacation. Thank you!
