The social media ad says “$0 per year” but there’s a monthly or annual charge to use the app. False advertising strikes again. When will I ever learn.

I mainly downloaded this for the recovery score just to see if it actually means anything. But what surprised me is how often it matches how I actually feel in the morning. On days I wake up tired the recovery is low, and when I sleep well it shows that too. It’s definitely not a perfect app yet and you can tell it’s still growing. I’d personally love to see a live stress monitor added at some point. But the core idea feels strong and different from just another work tracker. Curious to see where this goes.

I never heard of Whoop before but I think this bridges the gap in so many ways. I wanted to see my active calories not only through exercise but through everything I was doing for the day and it delivered. Although it’s very young, the promise looks limitless. Customer service will get back to you if you reach out for any issues. I love data and this continues my trek to be my version of the bionic man
