Nori AI: Your Health Advisor

I have always dreamt about what an AI health advisor would be like. After using Nori for a week, this is it. I tried using Claude for this but I ran out of tokens and had to wait for my limit to reset, the information is generic and often confusing. Nori solves these issues by curating my own data with referenced health insights. As long as the information set is curated, this app has the chance to go a long way. I would definitely pay a monthly fee for this.

I am absolutely impressed by this app. I have been using it for three days and it dos everything for me. I told it what exercises I need to do Physical therapy and it customizes my workouts and nutrition around that on a daily basis. I love checking in with Nori in the morning. Definitely a game changer for fitness apps.

Like most people I used ChatGPT or Gemini to log my food. Neither platform integrates with health app. Claude does but I worry about usage. I also like the visuals ChatGPT can create for working out. I also have OURA ring as well. NORI is exactly what I was looking for. Integrates to everything. Super clean. Would easily pay a monthly. What honestly “sold” me was when it texted me at night to journal. THAT is what I want my AI assistant to do. Not only learn over time. But text me and interact. 10/10
