Ive now spent more than 7 hours and counting waiting on a delivery because this company can’t seem to keep their promises of when something will be delivered. This has gone on for two days in a row now. And despite requests, they won’t leave my order at the door since I can’t accommodate their inaccurate delivery promises and be a prisoner to my home. Contacted their customer service who spent an hour back and forth in WhatsApp to provide me with no solution whatsoever and never apologized once. And responded with excuses about how their team had too much pressure to be able to respond timely…I understand that they might not be properly staffed so shame on Ounass but also please learn how far a simple “I’m so sorry” can take you. This “luxury” company is disappointing- will order elsewhere in the future since no remedy has been provided.

I would like to say that Mohamad Abbas from Ounass customer service, was most kind and polite. He called me after I returned an item to Ounass and listened to me as I made my case for the return of the item. He took down all the facts, understood the situation and I believe was instrumental in my return getting approved. All through the exchange, he was very polite and attentive. He made me believe in Ounass and made me want to become a regular customer. I thank him and Ounass very much 🙏🏻

I ordered for the first time from this warehouse a pair of shoes from Gucci, and surprisingly one of them is bigger than the other one. I thought maybe the leather needs some time to shrink or something like that because it is brand new. However, It didn't. So I had to email them a detailed email about the problem and they replied with questions I already answered in my email. I told them there's nothing wrong with my right foot. It's just your fake shoe, Can you replace it with the same size. After that email, they never answered again. It was my first order and it'll be my last one. I had to tell all my friends to stop buying expensive stuff to not face the same destiny that I faced, and I'm telling you guys to be careful. They don't care but you have to be careful with these people.
