I used this app to reserve hotel, free cancellation, I cancelled after one day, before deadtime, although they charged me whole price, This happened two times for me 😞😞 They did not reply my contacts and my emails, also the hotel told me that it happened before for others, and they scammed the money ....

Do not use this app or their website, they literally a biggest scam, We booked a hotel from this website and when we came to hotel, we realized they sent wrong reservations to hotel and we had to pay extra fee to keep our reservation, their customer service is horrible and they do not answer at all. Save yourself time and money and do not book from this app. You are better off reserving from hotel’s website or legit agencies.
