Because the app doesn’t work, I stopped ordering while I like this pizza. The owners need to either fix the app or withdraw it.
You always need to update your information after opening the app. Orders take longer to deliver using this app than using Zomato for example where it’s much faster, by half the time. I used both and compared. If you chose Motor City for example, you cannot our enter Sports City address even though they’re practically both same area. Still needs a lot of work and more incentives to use the app instead of other delivery apps, where ease of use is flawless, and much better service. I will not be using again any time soon. The app looks good, but the restaurant never pick up the order. Always have to call to remind them to look for orders from the app. Waste of time better off ordering directly or on Talabat.
