Orange Flex – offer with eSIM

I used to have no issues with this app, but now I can’t log in at all. When I enter my email and password and press “Next,” the button just blinks and nothing happens. If I try to sign in with Google, it shows an error saying I’m trying to register instead of logging in, and that “this email already exists in the database.” I contacted support, explained everything in detail, and even recorded a video - but they told me to write in the in-app chat, which I can’t access because I can’t log in! Please help me, I’m desperate. I need to top up my account through the app, but I’m completely locked out.

Just every part of this app is intuitive and easy to use. Ui is great. Esim activation is easy. I can't say enough good on what the team has done here

New update came out but the problem is still there. My widget says in polish (No information to show, please log in) while i have chose english language. I have logged out and logged in again but then that “PLEASE LOG IN ” was gone but that “NO INFORMATION TO SHOW” is still there. I have tried everything, downloaded the app again but still not able to see my data count. Please fix it ASAP! Thank you.
