Operation: New Earth

Players should be able to shield their outposts, it would be helpful if players could zoom out 10 to 20% more, and attacking players should not be able to attack other players that are greater than 5 levels below them. The numbers don’t make any sense.

My biggest complaint is that every other update to this game stops the game from starting up entirely until the next update. I get notifications that I'm being attacked but can't get on the game at all. Yes I've tried reinstalling. By the time the next update happens and I'm able to log in again, I'm left having to replace resources that were stolen because I wasn't able to log in and defend myself. Then I need to use said resources to heal units that again I wasn't able to defend. Then there's the lost lvl 5 outposts that require more resource. But the real kick in the pants is that the whole server has months to get stronger with research and I don't even have the resources on hand to start a good research project. Let alone make up for lost time. The only other option is to pay real money for speed ups. Even when the game is working there are "billion power" players that attack you at way lower levels and when they attack the game freezes. You can only watch as they demolish your base. You can restart the game but you will still only be able to watch as all your in game items are bugged. You can't activate shields ... you're just stuck watching in anger as the mechanics of the game stop working for you but continue to work for someone who has spent tens of thousands in their currency. Then if you go to support they sweep it under a rug like it never happened.

This game has been "let go" of by developers. They want your money and do not want to fix what is broken, and start "new" projects that create more problems, they do not want to fix and continue to do this over and over. There are better games that DO get proper response and support out there to spend your money on. Worse, they have gamers that "cheat" the game and, "support", does nothing to stop these players, so, you spend your money fighting uphill battles, which they like! They get more money this way! You get taken advantage of. If these players were at least "blocked" in some way, you might stand a chance in this game! I wonder if this "review" will get any response from the developers/support, to fix what is broken, before venturing on to new ideas! Instead of "blah,blah, blah, "our game is unhackable" blah, blah, blah! Equifax was unhackable too!!! Tell me another story, developers!
