The app is always on some serious issues, can’t open it can’t do multiple things in it, crashes, forgets that i have an account on it, always asking my number when i try to lunch it. And on top of that, it is unfortunately worse offers that it brings, unlike it competitors, if it wasn’t for my work and that oodi gives me the ability to keep mu number i would’ve changed it.

This is the worst app on my phone, always crashing, always loading, never functioning correctly. You can’t select minutes and data the way you want, it’s a lie. There are set options to choose from, if I wanted 500 minutes and 10GB there is no such option, or If i wanted 350 minutes and 15GB, not possible. Only preselected amounts. I don't know why it is so complicated to log in every time! Why is it simply one time entry and then logged in directly? I hope to solve the problem or provide the option to recharge the balance without app. But in general, the app is smooth and easy
