ONVY — AI Health Coach

I really like the health summary’s that Onvy provides, not only in the mornings but also after my workouts and at the end of the day. My favorite feature is the AI coach, I think it’s extremely helpful that it provides “suggested” questions that could be follow ups to a specific question you already asked. It saves a lot of time compared to going to Google to search for all the of questions and find accurate data. It actually suggested a lot of important questions I didn’t think to even ask. Really great app overall!

Slightly buggy with pulling in information from Apple health, but once the data is in, I really like the scores the app pulls together. Really cool to utilize the AI to figure out recommendations and insights. Excited to see what comes next!

This app has a lot of potential but as it stands is not worth the price since there are other apps on the market that are cheaper and have more features. If you added watch complications, widgets for the phone, and activity breakdowns this would make it more worth the price you are asking for a subscription and more competitive in the fitness app market. Also not have any free features is sketchy almost all other apps at least let you see what the interface is before subscribing. Hopefully this will get read and some updates will be made to an app that has allot of potential.
