I placed an order on the app to my local restaurant and every single order was either wrong or the portions were extremely disappointing. One of the orders was supposed to have double black beans and it looks like they dropped 5 singular beans into one part of the Togo container. My dad asked for no guac and still received guac and the “flag” had about 2 shreds of lettuce. Overall I felt like the lack of care towards the portions and specific instructions would never happen if I was eating in the restaurant, or at least I hope it wouldn’t happen. Next time I’ll call and order over the phone when I need a to go order, however I don’t know if that will make a difference. :(
I didn’t get everything I paid for. The food was good delivered in a timely manner no spills but I didn’t get my drink .. there is nowhere in the app to put that there were items missing or if there were problems with the order! No contact us section either. Very frustrating because I paid for something I didn’t receive and can’t get my money back 😡
I know it was Mother’s Day, but they should have expected increased business and scheduled more servers. I placed my order on the app, 2 days in advance. I waited 45 min after my scheduled pick up time to receive my order. I noticed they didn’t give me the guacamole I ordered before I left the restaurant and was able to get that, but it was a very small quantity. I choose it as my side instead of cheese and all I got was a small cup of guac. After I got home I realized I was missing queso too. Ugh. Only good thing was the food was good and plentiful. Just would have been nice to get my full order within a reasonable time frame.
