Buyers beware!! Chapters do not unlock
I downloaded this app because a certain book caught my attention. I purchased a coin package and try to unlock my chapter however, it gave me an error: failed to buy this chapter, chapter is not needed subscribe! So like a dummy, I subscribed the chapters still will not open. They now say they’re zero coins and I still have my coin balance, but nothing will open these chapters. I also tried different books within this app and none of those will open either. I emailed support twice now, and they have not responded to me at all.
