This new app is terrible. I can’t even upload videos and pictures taken from my phone. I must take videos and pictures with the app while making the report. The old app made it possible to upload videos and pictures taken

Tech development led by a CEO who hasn’t a tech background. App fails, server (yes the cloud is a collection of servers) lags, fails login, refreshes endlessly, and fails to a white screen. Don’t expect tech support - OfficeApps has none. Officerapps uses a third party to provide the tech so they are unable to personally resolve any issue themselves. Officerapps is a very small Louisiana company that’s trying to expand but sadly hasn’t done enough R&D, along with testing, to offer a reliable scalable product. Here’s hoping Mr. Sparkman’s next company (will be his 5th attempt) will be more successful. OfficerApp corp filing in Delaware isn’t even done correctly as corporate address can’t be the registered agent and a place you don’t conduct business at.

This app is horrible it works when it wants to. It does not allow me to submit my Daily Activity Reports at the end of my shift. It keeps closing and says “App not responding” this App makes Employees and Employers look bad because it not be able to submit reports makes it look like you are not being proactive and productive on the job.
