Oberit - Reward Your Health

This app has been so helpful for setting daily intentions each morning and making sure I stick to them. The ability to sync Fitbit and Oura device data is a nice touch, and the periodic check-ins from the app throughout the day are beneficial. I'm a therapist, and I've recommended this app to several of my clients - they've all reported positive experiences and especially like the automated reminders and the rewards section (it's a good incentive for some folks).

This is a wonderful app that I believe can help a lot of people, especially in active addiction trying to get clean, newly sober, or even someone with a good amount of clean time under their belt. It reminds you to set positive affirmations for the day and to be grateful for what you have. The app also includes super informative videos. The developers are amazing people who I believe made this app because they truly wanted to help people.

Oberit is a much needed app in a market usually flooded with distractions. I love being able to set my daily intentions, do my gratitude practice and my affirmations in one place. All of these practices have become habits of mine and with the Oberit App I never miss a day. I have been saving up my rewards points and I look forward to shopping with all the great vendors that Oberit has partnered with.
