This app has a serious flaw. Since I purchased this app, I’ve had two bikes, stolen and multiple packages. Initially, I thought it was a user error because the first time I let the device die. I thought that was my fault. The second time I thought maybe it was due to the device placement because for some reason I have dozens, if not, hundreds of alerts throughout the day but somehow the moment someone stole my bike there was no there footage. Now just today after all my trials and tribulations I had my bike stolen once again. I go to the app after all my training I thought for sure the placement is good, the battery is charged,certainly I should see the offender. Lo and behold I looked to the app and sure as it was every other time, I can see very clearly one frame with my bike in it and the next frame entry no bike. Now I’m assuming if I bought the paid version that I might get longer footage and I may have copy it under, but this was a very expensive lesson to learn. I wish that either they didn’t offer a free version or they explained that the free version would be completely useless in case of any crime because now it’s cost me as I said two bikes and several packages just to find out that the free version I was utilizing was completely worthless. I can’t speak to the benefits of the version, but I think that the communication about this has caused me serious monetary losses.

I bought 2 of the Hawkray Solar Power Energy Low Power Battery Cameras. One monitors my front yard, driveway and street. The second one monitors the backyard. The backyard I've got hooked to the solar panel and it stays charged at 100% all the time. The camera in the front yard, however kicked on so many times because of the traffic that the battery would never stay charged on solar panel alone. Which I expected to be the case when I purchased the cameras. I went ahead and plugged the camera into a wall outlet. After a while, I noticed that I could never get the camera to stay with a full charge like the backyard camera. I assumed it was because it was recording all day long. I had the settings such as they were using full power. Everything was working fine even though the battery would hover around 40% charge. It got to the point that the camera was actually dying or I couldn't use the rotating gimbal feature. At that point I had the cameras for a couple years and was moderately pleased with what I got for my money but was looking at different cameras to replace them with. I had all but made up my mind on some new replacements when I thought I would reach out to their customer service and just see what they had to say. The response time was phenomenal. Amy was a huge help. It turns out that it was just a defective battery in the front yard camera. Not only did she have a replacement shipped to me right away? She also gave me six months cloud storage. I have had the camera installed now for several weeks and it is staying with a full charge and functioning perfect. Whenever you purchase a product you know that there are inherent risks. Amy could have told me there was nothing she could do as the camera was a couple years old and I would have been ok with that and went and bought different cameras. But she didn't. These really have been exceptional cameras especially taking into consideration that they are under $40 a piece. If you're looking for an inexpensive solar powered camera you wont be disappointed with them or the customer service.

I was sold this device under false pretenses. I was sold this device as a camera that would function on Bluetooth specifically and WiFi connectivity not required. It was the only product that was advertised this way. They lied. It requires a WiFi connection. After WiFi connection it doesn’t operate properly. The camera itself came from the box dysfunctional. After reading the poorly translated reset instructions I couldn’t get it to connect. After trying the procedure over and over something changed although my routine did not. Then I got hit with the subscription fees. I opted out and stored video feeds locally. After using the camera for two hours the battery went dead. Today I had to repeat the process of setting up all over again. I attempted to delete the user account and all information but was told my request had to be reviewed and would take two weeks. Even if you don’t pay they store your videos. I could log in and out and still see them when videos were deleted locally off my device and subscription option was still available if you clicked the bubble. If you live off grid you are ******. Just more garbage spyware made in an Asian sweat shop and cleverly promoted with lies.
