Numerade - Homework Help

Signed up for a free trial a few years ago and tried to cancel instead of going through with the subscription because it just did not help at all. It said “We encountered an error while trying to cancel your subscription. Please try again later.” So I did and it said the same thing. Long story short I ended up forgetting about it for a couple years and so far have been charged about $200. I just noticed it and tried to file a dispute but Numerade fought back saying I provided my own card number email and everything. They rejected my dispute and I still cannot cancel this subscription. IT SAYS THE SAME THING STILL when trying to cancel. They do not have a customer service number., so I emailed them and never got a response back. I don’t know what to do. And I’m not the only one having issues like this with Numerade!

Upon asking the AI for an explanation, its returns the correct information, but the only issue is that the text runs off the page on the mobile app and therefore I can’t view the entire sequence of equations. If it gave me the ability to scroll horizontal on the information it provides this app would get a 5/5 stars! Request if the developers would assist in fixing this?

I’m a student and I’ve loved the website version of this for a while, but I thought the mobile version might be easier for when I don’t have access to my laptop. Not sure if this is just my phone, but the app is almost unusable. I can’t watch the videos in landscape and when I try to lock my phone in landscape to see if it will work it just stops playing the video and exits out of the video. I barely move my phone and it immediately exits the video too. I’ve tried multiple times to find a work around and so far nothing is working. Also, when I pause a video and try to unpause it again it freezes and won’t let me click on anything. I’ve tried restarting the app and it does the same things over and over again.
