I feel like giving 2 stars is a bit of a stretch but since using the app for work I’ve run into countless problems and I’m just about ready to delete it because it’s just not worth it. So first issue I have is with the notifications. The app is designed to only work when we are clocked in for work (at least for my company) which is a great idea however, notifications will be going off and ringing when I’m clocked out for the day. When I first went in to change this, (while I was off the clock) it wouldn’t let me and so on all my days off I would consistently get notifications that gave me anxiety. Last thing I want is work to consistently be bothering me on my days off. So now I’m clocked in… I turn off ALL notifications but even when I’m clocked out they still keep popping up? What gives? This function needs to be reworked because I’m tired of getting notifications I can’t check or control. And now issue number 2. When I am clocked in the app will NOT give me access and say I’m not clocked in or scheduled for the day. This is where I’m throwing hands because anytime we try to go over safety as a team we can’t because it won’t let us access the app even though we are officially clocked in for work. Not to mention I’m not the only one in my work place experiencing all of the above. So I know I’m not crazy writing this. So idk who the developers are but you guys have ALOT of issues to work on and fix.
To all the great leaders who created and implemented Nudge what a great idea. All through my life, personal and professional, networking has been key in my growth. Thus is a great way for our entire Touchpoint family to get together and share all of our experiences and best practices. It’s been great for both. I love how Nudge explains and teaches us all about the Essentials that Touchpoint stands for as well as our Top of mind Safety strategies. The best part is the way it’s presented it’s informational and fun. Thank you to those who put it together and keep it going. Sarah Epling
en I think about my experience with food, my thoughts immediately go to my family. For me, food is family. Every evening, my dad would make it home by 6pm so that we could all sit down and have dinner together. We would share the highs and lows of our days, and on a Sunday, we would chat about our plans for the week. We never ate dinner in front of the television and very rarely was it ever just my brother and me. Food and meal times were, and still are, the glue that brought my family together and keeps us together. Now, despite the fact my brother and I have long since left home, whenever we return, it's always about the food. Our parents plan the meals, sharing new recipes and dishing out family favourites, so that ultimately the food enhances our trip and creates new memories. Food truly is family.
