Alleen maar slechte recensies, geen verbeteringen
Ik denk dat ik nu ook maar begin te schrijven Als grootgebruiker van NPO plus. De opmaak ziet er mooi en professioneel uit, dat betekent dat er grafisch ontwerpers professioneel zijn en iets moois in mekaar gezet hebben. Dit geldt niet voor de andere afdeling die met deze app werkt. Er is inderdaad, zoals zoveel mensen schrijven, altijd wel iets aan de hand. Om één of andere reden doet de reclame het altijd, maar daarna begint het. Of het bevriest op te ladenpagina, over een zwart beeld met geluid. Of je kunt wel vooruit spoelen en achteruit spoelen, maar meestal niet. Als we halverwege het programma iets gebeurd, kun je alleen maar helemaal terug in het hele programma weer bekijken. Dat is als je geluk hebt, als het weer niet zwart wordt. Wat ik niet begrijp is dat na zoveel jaren van slechte recensies er ogenschijnlijk niets gebeurd. Dat begrijp ik echt niet. Ga aan de slag alstublieft!
