Hello? I was just about to watch Harry Potter 6 but it keeps stop , stop and stop . After it said that it’s not available for now in this program , pls try again . I tried ten times it’s still the same ! I already turn off my computer and my wi-if , it’s just the same I rented 22 dollars and it’s all gone and I can’t watch my movie , I rented Harry Potter 6 ( Half blood Prince and Harry Potter 7(part one deathly hallows ) ! All gone I can’t watch my movie ! What’s wrong ?

1. Loading time is too long, I just want to use the remote function while it takes so long to load into the app 2. Please add video quality selection option (Low, medium, high) to save users mobile data 3. Bugs in remote control, jump 2 channels when pressing Ch+ or Ch- button every time (this problem occur when switching channel on antenna TV channels 31-99) 4. Can the menu turn into icons and put at the bottom of the app as an icon bar? Don’t want to keep pressing the menu before choosing functions

Other than the constant errors in loading, unable to fast-forward to precise point, constant ads on ads on ads, inconsistent interruptions during live matches/races, and an anti-VPN lock (some of us use VPN for the CyberSecurity they have offered against malwares), this app really needs a big overhaul in upgrades. But for one low standard upgrade, I will give it a 5-Star if they ever offer audio description option to their videos. I am not blind or visually impair, but audio description from Netflix has more than once given me chance to enjoy shows without watching. At the very least, I hope the joy of TV shows and movies can be shared with those that are less fortunate. Thanks in advance if they ever think to themselves, “We can create a better and more wonderful world.” And implement that to their network.
