Noisy - Sports Betting App

I’ve been using this app over the last 3 months and at the beginning, I must say it was a great alternative to Sportsbet - quick payouts, generous promotions and a fluid UI. Only after I had an issue with a payout on multiple bets did I start to question the platform, and mind you this all happened after I had won a substantial bet. Noisy will offer bonus bets up to $25 dollars if you place a 5 star review, so most if not all of the 5 star reviews you’ll see are gamblers looking to claim the bonus. Definitely a falsified and misleading reflection of what the app truly is like. Noisy will act as though they care and have a support team to assist you, but in reality nothing will happen to matter how much you try to follow it up. I now have multiple pending bets on my account (which I had won), and they simply say “I’m looking into your account now, they’ll be settled shortly”. All of this followed by “the trade-team will reach out via email as soon as possible to you regarding this”. They don’t answer your questions and almost sound like AI or a politician for that matter. I’ve never had this experience using apps such as Dabble, Sportbet, Neds, Ladbrokes or TAB. Once I receive my payouts I’ll be boycotting this app for good, and suggesting others to do the same where I can. Stick to the bigger betting platforms and stay away from this one unless you love your money being withheld from you, and little to no customer support.
