NHA App

My “posts” feed keeps going blank. They are there when I open it initially, then disappear. This happens frequently, and does not resolve with force closing the app. In addition, there should be a “save draft” when replying to a direct message. I spent 10 minutes drafting a reply to my student’s teacher, only to have the app back out of the screen and lose my entire message. You cannot reply via email, it bounces back as an “unmonitored mailbox.” So I guess I will have to compose my reply in email (where a draft in progress actually saves), and then copy-paste into the app.

I can’t really check my teachers and it doesn’t let me tap the bottom options

The new NHA App appears to be broken and is currently not showing any information. I got an email from NHA (as I’m sure other families did) that said that this new app was “now the official way to stay connected with your child's school.” But when I downloaded it and logged in there is zero information, completely blank screens, an error message and tabs that don’t work. Will this issue be resolved by the time school starts? Dear NHA, if you’re going to send a mass email saying this is THE app to have, make sure it actually works.
