App is great - has all of the convenience available in a cell phone app - I can register and make payments easily
I can check my balance and add money. Never had a problem with it. Very convenient.
This was launched only in 2023 and is of horrible quality. The setup process is a nightmare and the account features are insufficient, it is a cheapo crap thing that would not survive if parents would have a say. School districts are probably bribed or “incentivized” so the company can evolve the software. Stay away!
