NFTA MetGo

There are two different apps to use use the NFTA buss, this broken one for pay as you go and met cards, whatever that is, and the other app Token Transit, that allows day & week pass purchase. And since there is no human customer service at NFTA you have to dispute the charge with your credit card company because they are not competent enough to have 1 app.

Constantly having to try and refresh for a new pass and it glitches and doesnt load for minutes.

This is the second time that I have put money into something that the Buffalo Metro has said will work on the bus, both times it didn’t work and luckily the bus drivers were kind enough to let me in anyways. Now I look like an idiot not being able to pay my fares, don’t release an app and take peoples money if it doesn’t even work. Don’t waste your time just go get cash back at tops 😂 Also I wish I could give 0 stars
