REDTAG - Online Shopping App

It was literally the worst online shopping experience, I ordered an item and I received an email the next day stating that the order was cancelled without justification and when I called I was informed that the item wasnt available and the refund will take two weeks, why was the “unavailable” item available in the app?? Even though it was their mistake I still have to wait two weeks to get my money back!

Good customer service we have a good time to shop and this store. Really appreciate them. Thank you.

This app is super bad, it must be the worst app i ever downloaded in my entire life! Useless & waste of time how impressive!
