Die Haircare Journey ist absolut empfehlenswert😍
Die App ist super easy aufgebaut und bekommt hin und wieder ein paar tolle Upgrades - mein absolutes Highlight ist die Haircare Journey, bei der man auf WhatsApp richtig gute Tipps und Infos bekommt, wie man die Produkte richtig anwendet, welche Styles man zaubern kann. Was soll ich sagen: vom Bestellprozess bis hin zur richtigen Anwendung wird man begleitet & meine Haare sind extrem gesund geworden - die Journey drum herum ist einfach nur empfehlenswert 😍.

Ausbaufähig
Die App an sich ist sehr gut und übersichtlich mit vielen Informationen über das Produkt. Jedoch habe ich eben bei meinem Bestellvorgang wieder mal gemerkt, dass die App leider total hängt und es Ewigkeiten braucht bis die App das macht worauf man geklickt hat. Zudem habe ich eben festgestellt, dass der Bestand der Produkte in der App anders angezeigt werden als auf der Website. In der App war ein Produkt nicht verfügbar aber über die Website konnte ich es bestellen. Hier muss die App auf jeden Fall noch optimiert werden. Ansonsten super. :)
