Updated , and looks like the developers don’t want to update or fix the app issue .still not working Recently I noticed the app is not working , and one think I want to emphasize on is there is no return option in the app and the nesto agents are not responding to the WhatsApp Chat they have . I had a issue where some items were missing and I was charged for the item and till this day there was no reply / message or even a refund for the items . Which is cheap from Nestos point of u. Day light robbery

The delivered items for first order were all good and early morning arrived as expected. The 3rd order, was not good especially the vegetables, the beans was almost dried and looked 1week old stocks, some other veggies ordered were seems left over for the day😒. It was an evening time and apart from it was on late delivery as per the expected schedule. Somehow, I tried to understand that maybe the staff were tired on the whole day worked. But just would like to let you informed so this maybe your reference to improve and address the concerns for evening orders and deliveries.

I stay in Al Nahda, Dubai and I frequently order from their app. I get alerts when there is a flash sale (usually for 1-2 dhs 1kg fresh chicken) and I’ve never been disappointed yet! Delivery comes within few hours, all items complete and in good condition. Highly recommend their service!
