The app feels outdated and offers very limited banking options. Basic features are available, but the overall functionality is lacking compared to modern banking apps. It needs significant improvements in usability, features, and overall user experience.

This app is bad. it doesn't provide necessary functions or account info previously incorporated in earlier versions. The developer has no clue what bank clients require from a mobile app. I have a Gulf bank account and their app ( although its not the best) out performs this poor app. The developer needs to check other banks mobile apps to get some ideas.
