I cannot track my package and I am unable to reach a real live worker. All I am able to reach is a bot who has the same answer on each platform. I have no idea where my package is or when it will arrive as it has been days since the expected delivery date.

Very basic application. You have to enter your shipment number every time. It asks for permission to paste every time you want to paste the number. You cannot save the details. Live tracking is a joke. On top of that, Naqel delivery staff keep asking every time to send them a picture of the door plus door number and other details via WhatsApp ! Which is against the rules

This company does not respect the customers; Its application is useless, and it can't track a black elephant standing 2 meters of white snow. It is the worst, and I have no idea how they are still in the business. Their application gives you no tracking updates until almost the time of delivery. The live delivery is a joke and does not track anything. I should take them to court just for giving me high blood pressure when I need to track anything sent to me through them. Even wasting my time reviewing them makes me angry.
