N-able Passportal

PP web has been great, but the mobile app is barely useable since n-able took over and made changes. It works right when you log in, but within an hour it loses some sync with their servers and will not input passwords or show them to you. The only fix is to completely log out, then log back in with password, MFA, and faceid. At that point you can see your passwords, but they will still not input to a webpage they just failed on. N-able support has told me it’s only me having this issue, yet others on my team face the same thing. I’m moving on

I’ve had Passportal for over a year now. Using it in browser is great, I couldn’t live without it. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the iPhone app. I continually have a glitch when I view credential list, the bottom half of the screen is blank and you can only view in the top half of the screen. This issue has been intermittent for the the last year and hasn’t been fixed. I would give 5 stars if this issue is resolved.

We use passportal extensively on desktop devices. This mobile app is horrible. When it was working most of the time the app would not show a saved password, but now auto fill doesn’t work at all. Been this way for at least 2 months. Come on…LastPass absolutely has this on lockdown and I have moved back to it since 50% of my usage is mobile. My company is on passportal and I am stuck using this so I have to manually open, find the password, copy it and hope it actually displays the password that I know is in there.
