It seems impossible to submit a request for collection/delivery of yellow lidded sharps boxes. Although the home address is registered and shows on the form, progress is dependant on searching for the address from a text field, by either address or postcode. Entry of either causes a crash before the field is submitted. For future development, can we please have a simple tick box “Deliver to/Collect from registered address” which defaults to positive (ticked) and unticks if the user starts typing in the address search? Also please search whether the user is registered rather than ask the two superfluous questions about registration.
