Since the last update the screen to set the alarm is not right. “Arm Stay” is mostly covered by the words “View Zones”. So when you try to arm it you don’t see the words and most of the time it arms as Away and you quickly have to disarm it before anyone moves! It’s very annoying. This should be a simple fix!

The recent app updates are not compatible with “zoom” text phone features that allow those with vision difficulties to see better. This requires resetting your phone to “standard” in order to arm or disarm your alarm. The old app version was better.

Have had this app for years and find out upon changing my service contract that not only will I have a separate service charge just for having the app but I have been getting charged for it for years?! Was never told about this when taking up the contract initially, just that it’s an “easy app” to use to alarm. Never mind the fact the app doesn’t work half the time and constantly has to be rebooted. Hate it, ridiculous, and terrible customer service & management.
