First, the fact that this company takes all of the best parking spots in busy malls is scammy. I had a lapse in judgment and decided to try it because it was only $3. I had a lot of trouble setting up my account and payment source which was the first red flag. I wish I could have just used Apple Pay. After setting up the account and parking my car, I came back 55 minutes later and pulled out of the spot. There is no button in the app to press when you leave a spot. The app and system conveniently didn’t recognize that I had left the spot until about 10 minutes after I had left, incorrectly charging me an additional $3+tax. The $3 wouldn’t normally be a big deal but the whole premise of this scammy company just isn’t sitting right with me. I emailed the company twice and haven’t heard anything back. I am going to look into resolving this with the bank credit card I used. I will never use this app again and would suggest others do the same. EDIT: The company replied to my email and refunded me the amount they overcharged. I will still never use this app again due to the inconvenience and frustration of it.

Thank goodness I was given an opportunity to update my review. At first I was extremely frustrated with the app but in the end, needed to exercise a bit of patience. So when my family and I left, the clock in the app was still ticking. I was concerned that I’d be charged another hour because we left with 5 minutes to spare. I still wish there was a way to hit end time, on the consumer end, however when the app finally closed out for my review, roughly 5-6 minutes later, the exit time was correct and I was appropriately charged. I would definitely use this app again. Thank you customer service for responding to my initial complaint, and even leaving a phone number to call, how rare!!!

I have used my park a few times. The equipment installed in The parking lots seems to not be up to the task and is always haggardly looking and often broken. Just now I had to drive off without my space becoming available to rent. So I’m back home, still being charged by Mypark. The customer next to me was in a space with a loud alarm sounding. Her mypark space blocker was pressed against the bottom of her car. She did not know what to do. She ended up having to drive over it bending the hell out of the equipment. You see they do not have a phone number, a chat on their site, anything that allows you to work with customer service. If you have an issue all you can do is fill in a web form (which does not even email you to let you know that the send worked!!) I don’t think I will mypark ever again. I don’t know if the lady next to me had her car damaged by the faulty equipment but she stayed to talk to the mall management about it.
